I finished translating this in January, and then spent 3 months to get it to this state. (As in, being lazy.)
Please note that my Japanese is nowhere near fluent, and my English can be a bit funky at times as well. Don't expect a 100% accurate translation, but I'm fairly sure I managed to get the gist of everything. Have fun.
